Return is always free of charge in Italy, while abroad it is always the customer's charge.
You can request a return or an exchange within 14 days from delivery. Make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you received them, with labels and tags intact.

Return by our courier:
After having sent your request, you will receive a confirmation email with a pick-up reservation and instructions.
The customer should pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during shipment. The article returned must be new, not used and must contain the tags and seals (where applicable), and all accessories with which it was delivered. Puglisishop is not responsible for damage, loss, theft and manipulation of the goods sent by the customer for return.
Method of refund:
As soon as we receive the item at our place of business, we will reimburse you within the next 48 hours, by the same payment channel you used at the time of purchase. In case of delivery payment, you will have to indicate your bank information in the form and a bank transfer will be processed.
In the case of refunds for orders placed using the cash-on-delivery payment method, the entire amount will be refunded excluding the cost of the cash-on-delivery.

The cost of return shipping is charged to the customer:
EUROPE EU: 15.00 euro
EUROPE NON-EU: 39.00 euro
REST OF THE WORLD: 69.00 euro
As soon as we receive your request, you will receive an email with the label to be attached to the outside of the parcel and the details for the pick-up, you can choose the day and time that is most convenient for you.
