SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

All products presented on the PuglisiShop.com website are available for purchase. Our e-commerce system, connected in real time with our warehouse, shows only articles where available. For this reason, your order will be processed immediately and prepared for the shipment, after verification of the payment (excluding the method with payment with mark).

All orders received from Monday to Friday before 12.00 am, are entrusted to the following Courier Express by evening, for delivery within 2-3 working days in Italy and within 5-6 days throughout Europe.

Shipping costs with National Express Courier (Bartolini,DHL,GLS,SDA, FEDEX) are free on each order over 49 €

Payment by cash on delivery includes a contribution of €5

The International Express Courier shipments require a contribution depends on the country of destination, this contribution will be specified in the cart before completing the purchase.

8 DELIVERY

The delivery takes place as per the order placed on the puglisishop.com website by the following date indicated in the same, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time limit when selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum term of 5 days from the date of confirmation. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. 9 PASSING OF RISK

The risks related to the products will be borne by the buyer from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products shall be deemed to have been acquired as soon as full payment has been received for all products amounts due in relation to the same, including shipping costs, that is at the time of the delivery, if this occurs at a later date.

10 WARRANTY AND COMMERCIAL CONFORMITY

The seller is responsible for any defect in the products offered on the site, including the non conformity of the articles to the products ordered, in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.

In case of multiple purchases made by the purchaser with a single order and delivered separately, the period of 30 days starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
