Return

The product return is always free of charge, the customer must only take care of packing the product, Puglisishop will take care of the pick-up by courier and, as soon as the product is returned to the headquarters, the refund will be issued.

You can request a return or an exchange within 14 days from delivery. Make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you received them, with labels and tags intact.
