SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
All products presented on the PuglisiShop.com website are purchasable as available. Our e-commerce system, which is connected in real time with our warehouse, only shows items where available. For this reason, your order will be processed immediately and prepared for shipment, after payment verification (except for cash on delivery).
All orders received Monday to Friday by 12 noon are dispatched to the Express Courier by evening, for delivery within 2-3 working days in Italy and 5/6 days throughout Europe.
Shipping costs by National Express Courier (Bartolini,DHL,GLS,SDA, FEDEX) are free of charge on any order over € 89, while there is a contribution of € 6 below that amount.
1 GENERAL CONDITIONS
By browsing this area, the user accesses Puglisi Shop (www.puglisishop.com). Browsing and transmitting a purchase order on the site implies acceptance of the Conditions and Data Protection Policies adopted by the site.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the Puglisi Shop website in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05 amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and Legislative Decree no. 70/03) by company DITTA PUGLISI di Antonio Puglisi e C. S.A.S. di Giuseppina Longo Sas.
The price of the products shall be the one indicated from time to time on the website, except where there is an obvious error.
In the event of an error, Puglisi Shop shall inform the purchaser as soon as possible, allowing the order to be confirmed at the correct amount or cancelled. In any case, Puglisi Shop shall not be obliged to supply what is sold at the lower price erroneously indicated.
The prices on the site are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders for which order confirmation has already been sent.
Once you have selected products they will be added to your shopping cart. simply follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the required information at each step of the process. Order details can be changed before payment.
Puglisi Shop offers deliveries in the following geographical areas: Europe/Asia / America/Europe non-EU
Shipping takes place as per the order placed on the puglisishop.com website, using only express shipping for national deliveries and takes place within 24 hours in Sicily and 48/72 hours in the rest of Italy, while standard shipping is used for international deliveries (5/6 days) unless a request for express shipping is made by the customer, in this case the shipping costs could be increased which would be quantified to the customer before shipping.
If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In such an event, a notice will specify the location of the order and how a new delivery can be arranged.
Risks relating to the products shall pass to the purchaser from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products shall be deemed to have been acquired upon receipt of full payment of all sums due in respect thereof, including shipping costs, or upon delivery, whichever occurs later.
The seller is responsible for any defect in the products offered on the site, including the non-conformity of the items to the products ordered, in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.
If the customer has entered into the contract as a consumer, i.e. any natural person acting on the site for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out, this guarantee shall be valid provided that the defect manifests itself within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products; that the customer submits a formal complaint regarding the defect within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was acknowledged by the customer; that the online return form is filled in correctly.
In the event of non-conformity, the purchaser who has entered into the contract as a consumer shall be entitled to have the products restored to conformity free of charge, either by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract in respect of the disputed goods and the subsequent refund of the price.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.
In the event of multiple purchases made by the purchaser with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period shall run from the date of receipt of the last product.
After you have sent your request, you will receive a confirmation email with a pick-up reservation and instructions.
3) The customer must pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during shipment. The returned item must be new, not used and must contain the tags and seals (where applicable), and all accessories with which it was delivered. Puglisishop is not responsible for damage, loss, theft and manipulation of the goods sent by the by the customer for return.
As soon as we receive the item at our site, we will refund you within the next 48 hours, via the same payment channel you used at the time of purchase. In case of cash on delivery payment, you will have to indicate your bank details in the form and a bank transfer will be made.
In the case of refunds for orders placed using the cash-on-delivery payment method, the entire amount will be refunded excluding the cost of the cash-on-delivery.

Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale shall be subject exclusively to Italian law and any disputes inherent and/or consequent thereto shall be settled exclusively by the Italian courts. In particular, if the purchaser has the status of Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same in accordance with the applicable law.

Puglisishop offers its registered customers a 10% discount on all products that don't have an active discount, this discount does not require a coupon, it will be automatically calculated during payment.
5 AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

This availability must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of several users, the products may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
Even after the order confirmation e-mail has been sent, partial or total unavailability of goods may occur. In this eventuality, the order will automatically be rectified by deleting the unavailable product and the purchaser will be informed immediately by e-mail.
If the purchaser requests the cancellation of the order, thereby terminating the contract, Puglisi Shop will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the moment Puglisi Shop became aware of the purchaser's decision to terminate the contract.

11 WITHDRAWAL

The purchaser shall also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively by sending the standard withdrawal form, as per Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014, which is not compulsory.

If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale should be null and void for any reason whatsoever, this shall in no way affect the validity of and compliance with the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
