All orders that receive before 12 am are shipped the same day and are delivered within five days all over Europe/Asia/America.
The International Express Courier shipments require a contribution depends on the country of destination, this contribution will be specified in the cart before completing the purchase.
For shipments outside the European Union, shipping times are sometimes longer and customs fees are always charged to the customer.
Returns
The return shipment is always charged to the customer, and refunds are given for the full amount of the order excluding any delivery costs paid by the customer.

The cost of return shipping is charged to the customer:
EUROPE EU: 15.00 euro
EUROPE NON-EU: 39.00 euro
REST OF THE WORLD: 69.00 euro
As soon as we receive your request, you will receive an email with the label to be attached to the outside of the parcel and the details for the pick-up, you can choose the day and time that is most convenient for you.
